These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Top Four Fantasy ("TFF", "we", "us"), including our website and related fantasy football features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service
TFF provides draft fantasy football experiences, research tools, historical simulations, and related features. The product may change over time. Features labelled as demo, beta, or coming soon are provided as-is and may be incomplete.
TFF is an independent fantasy product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League or any club.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
- You may register with email/password or supported providers (Google, Apple) when enabled.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Guests may use parts of the product without an account; guest sessions can be lost if cookies or device storage are cleared.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, disrupt, or overload the service (including automated scraping or attacks)
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
- Impersonate others or use offensive or unlawful display names
- Use the service for anything illegal or fraudulent
- Reverse engineer or copy the product except where allowed by law
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Drafts, scoring, and results
Draft outcomes, rankings, and historical simulations depend on data feeds, scoring models, and product rules that can change. Historical simulations may use perfect-hindsight lineups and are not a prediction of future performance. Results are for entertainment and product experimentation.
Intellectual property
The TFF brand, site design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Football data and related assets may be licensed from third parties. You may not use our branding or content except as needed to use the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that draft/simulation outcomes will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFF and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £0 if the service is free.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Termination
You may stop using TFF at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if we discontinue the service, or if we need to protect the platform or other users.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. If you continue using TFF after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
